My coaching practice began as a result of my own personal career quest. After working in the US Senate, spending fourteen years in commercial real estate and raising two daughters, I was at a crossroads in my life. With the help of a professional coach, I discovered my passion - to make a personal difference in the lives of others going through their own life transitions. Now, I was able to make the jump from talking about an action to taking that step and achieving my goals.
